Speaking engagement request letter

Have you ever attended a seminar or a speaking engagement session? These usually last a couple of hours and are filled with experts who give helpful tips on a specific subject or area of expertise. When sending out a speaking engagement request letter, you need to make sure you grab your audience with a hook and reel them in. However, not everyone has the ability to do this, only people who have a great speaking ability and personality will find this very profitable.

Steps

Starting to Write

1

Come at the recipient with a natural hook that draws their attention. Speak directly to them and don’t make it sound like a commercial. You can include a fact in the beginning of your open letter so that you are sure to grab their attention.

2

State your request and ask the recipient if they would like to attend a speaking session or seminar.

3

State whatever credentials you have that you feel makes you an authority on the subject to speak about it.

4

Ask the recipient if they’re interested and ask them to respond by a certain date to ensure a rush.

Dear Coleman,

I see you have request information on making money online and share a common interest with millions of other Americans to make money from the internet, but did you know that over 90% of them will fail in the first year? It’s not because they’re too lazy or that it’s impossible, it’s because they’re uninformed by all of these scam websites out there.

I was wondering if you would like the opportunity to sit down with myself and attend a speaking seminar where I will be giving a no BS approach to making money from your computer.

I’ve been doing this for 10 years and have made well over 7 figures during that time, so I’m more than qualified to help you achieve the same level of success, and all I’m asking for is your time. If you’re interested, please respond by the 17 of November as there is limited seating available.
