Sales proposal memo

Writing out a sales proposal memo to clients isn’t particularly something that anyone enjoys but it’s part of expanding a profitable business and something you need to do if you want to see success.

Steps

Starting to Write

1

First, you’ll want to include the overview which essentially will just outline the project that has been proposed.

2

Next, list the actions you plan on taking to help meet the goals that you promise to the customer.

3

Repeat one last time to the client what exactly is expected of you just to make sure everyone is on the same page.

4

List any fees or cost that will be associated with the assignment.

Dear Client,

I would like to personally thank you for taking the time out of your day to have a chat with me to discuss your project.

Here’s a memo of the service and an overview of our chat.

Overview of the service

LSO Credit will be marketing credit card programs that are meant to enhance the user experience to every digital agency across the world including banks and card vendors.

LSO Credit is looking to have some direct mail series letters made that will engage new clients and bring new business to the front of their doors.

Basically, there will be the general presentation of the package, then there will be the first draft and then revisions before a final copy goes out.

In total, the project is going to cost an approximate amount of $7555.50 and we have agreed to a 50% upfront payment when we agree on the details.

Let me know if I need to change anything.

Sincerely,

Jill
