Attendance acceptance letter

The polite and professional thing to do when one receives a letter of acceptance would be to write a letter in return thanking the sender for their acceptance. Whether this is a program, a school, a college or whatever the accepter may be, you want to start off on good terms by thanking the person who accepted you in the first place.

Steps

Starting to Write

1

Address the person (if possible) who accepted you directly and mention their name.

2

Mention the program or specific thing that you were accepted for.

3

Mention contact information where the recipient can get ahold of you if they wish to obtain more information or have questions.

4

Thank them again and make a great first impression

Dear Mrs. Smith and the Admissions Office:

I can’t thank you enough for the letter of acceptance I got and I’d like to take this time to share my gratitude for your letter. I’ve always dreamed of taking Computer Science since middle school and your letter has now allowed me to finally achieve those goals.

I’ve enclosed some financial information and all of my records for your safekeeping. If you have any questions or would like to request more information from me, then you can get ahold of me at 378-109-1087. I’m very excited to begin studying at Brownson Career College this upcoming fall.

Sincerely,

Adam Moore
